These Store Policies apply to all orders placed with La Dulce Diva LLC ("La Dulce Diva," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Standard Orders: Minimum 72 hours (3 days) notice.
Custom Orders (themed, large quantities, special designs): Minimum 7 days notice.
Wedding/Event Orders: Minimum 14 days notice recommended.
Rush Orders: May be accepted based on availability and may incur a rush fee.
Orders are not confirmed until a deposit is received and you receive written confirmation (invoice, text, or email).
Custom Orders: 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure your date.
Full Payment: Due no later than 48 hours before pickup/delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Square Invoice, or other methods approved by La Dulce Diva.
Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees.
Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed and paid.
More than 7 days before event: Deposit may be transferred to a future date one time (within 60 days, subject to availability).
Less than 7 days before event: Deposit is forfeited.
Within 48 hours of pickup/delivery: No refunds.
No refunds for changes in event size, theme, guest count, or personal circumstances.
All changes must be submitted in writing.
Design, flavor, and quantity changes must be made at least 5 days before pickup/delivery.
Last-minute changes may be declined or may incur additional fees.
Custom designs are created based on client inspiration photos and descriptions.
We do not replicate copyrighted characters or logos exactly; designs will be our artistic interpretation.
Final product may vary slightly in color, size, and decoration due to handmade nature.
Minor imperfections are normal and not grounds for refunds.
Our kitchen may process: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens.
We are not a nut-free or allergen-free facility.
While we may offer items without certain ingredients, we cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose allergies at time of order.
This product is home-produced and processed and the home kitchen is not subject to routine government food safety inspection.
La Dulce Diva LLC operates under the Delaware Cottage Food Establishment guidelines.
Products are made to order and should be properly stored and consumed within recommended time frames provided at pickup.
La Dulce Diva LLC is not responsible for product quality once items leave our possession or are not stored according to instructions.
Pickup Location: Provided at time of order confirmation. (At-home bakery location.)
Pickup Window: Customers must arrive within the agreed time window.
Late Pickup: May result in additional fees or order cancellation without refund if significantly delayed.
Delivery (if offered): Delivery fees apply based on distance, time, and setup requirements.
La Dulce Diva LLC is not responsible for damage after delivery and setup is completed.
For tiered cakes or complex displays, customer must provide a stable, level surface.
We are not responsible for damage caused by venue conditions, weather, guests, or third parties after setup.
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may change if order details change.
All prices include preparation, packaging, and standard decorations unless otherwise specified.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with photos.
Taste and design are subjective; refunds are not issued based on personal preference.
If an error is made by La Dulce Diva LLC, we will work with you to provide a reasonable resolution at our discretion.
Orders not picked up within 24 hours of scheduled time may be considered abandoned with no refund.
La Dulce Diva LLC reserves the right to refuse service for any reason permitted by law.
La Dulce Diva LLC may photograph products for marketing and social media unless the customer requests in writing not to.
Placing an order with La Dulce Diva LLC constitutes acceptance of these Store Policies.
