Please note: Due to having a full time job and a small child, at the moment I am only offering bi-weekly services. If you have a party package order then you will be taken care of at any week timeframe.
What is a pop up week?
This is the week that I will be making my limited treats. For example, Pop up week may include a combination of cupcakes, cookies and flan. Another pop up week may include cakesicles, cheesecake and cake jars.
How long do I need to make a request for a party order?
Orders for party packages must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to the date you want items to be ready.
When can I place my bi-weekly order?
On Sundays prior to Pop Sales, I will announce what I will be making that week. Orders must be submitted on the square app. Orders are opened from Mondays through Thursdays until 11:59pm. I need time to prep and buy any necessary ingredients. No last minute requests for big custom orders.
Can I pick which Cupcake trio I want?
No, there are three variations for a reason. Just like you will get a flight at a restaurant. Be open to trying new things!
Can you replicate this cake for me?
No, I can get inspired by your theme and look at the picture but I will create my own with a twist of what you are looking for.
Can I pay you after I see my order completed?
No, you need to make a deposit of 60% nonrefundable of what you have previously agreed you wanted.
Can I order the day of Pop-up Sales?
Only if anything is available I will place it on my page. No last minute requests for big custom orders.
